Dayton REALTORS® is pleased to announce the slate of candidates for the upcoming election for the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the term commencing January 1, 2022. Voting for these candidates begins Wednesday, October 20 and will conclude on Wednesday, October 27 at midnight. The results of the election will be announced at our annual Membership Appreciation event on Thursday, October 28.
TREASURER CANDIDATES
Pat Corle
Patricia (Pat) Corle, CRS, ePro, MRP, SRES, At Home with Diversity. Pat has been licensed since 1994, is a second- generation Realtor. She owns Home Experts with her husband, Clyde Corle. Pat shares her superb knowledge and takes great pride in training, mentoring, and coaching many Realtors. She has served as Dayton Realtors Director and Ohio Realtors Director for the past 3 years. She has earned several Individual and Team Sales Leader awards. Pat belongs to Dayton Women’s Council and Ohio Women’s Council, and Dayton Realtist, where she has served as Financial Secretary of Women’s Council of Ohio the last three years. She has served on several local and state committees; Membership, MLS, Community Services, RPAC, Grievance, Golf Outing Fundraisers, and many Presidents’ Task Forces. Pat strongly promotes Equal Housing and Professionalism and is a major RPAC investor. Kelly McCormick
As a Dayton Director, Kelly re-affirms her commitment to the Board's membership with determination to provide a member-focused point of view, and current educational opportunities. She applies herself by teaching the Realtors contract class, the Contract Task Force, Grievance, Forms and MLS committees. Kelly explores every angle possible as a problem-solver. Her POV from 29 years of experience is leveraged to support small and large brokerages and industry professionalism. Some of her accomplishments include Dayton Broker-Manager of the year (2020), Major RPAC Investor, Dayton Regional Ambassador, and Dayton Leadership Academy. Kelly serves on the Ohio Professional Standards, Business Technology, Ohio Scholarship Group, Ohio Committeeman, and is a Dayton Director for Ohio REALTORS®. She is a proud member of NAR’s Brokerage Engagement Council and holds designations of SERS, C2EX, CRS. As a Board Director she advocates strongly for Realtor Career education to PROTECT the real estate industry for years to come. Kelly is a Principal Broker at BHHS Professional Realty and a member of NAREB, WCR and Women’s Council of NAREB and a Certified HUD Counselor

Bernadette Gerren
Bernadette Gerren, Principal Broker, Premier Professionals and Premier Just Listed Realty, has been an active member of Dayton Realtors for many years. Being very passionate about staying current on regulation changes and Realtor benefits, Bernadette has earned several professional designations and certifications. She brings a very strong skill set which has been developed through academic and work experiences. Over the years, Bernadette has consistently served the Dayton Realtor organization and its membership as she has volunteered and/or been appointed to several committees including Government Affairs, Global Alliance, Grievance & Professional Standards, Equal Opportunity & Diversity, Community Service, Credentials Task Force, Golf Reception and Holiday Reception. Additionally, Bernadette currently serves as Director-At-Large, Realtist Political Liaison and President, Women’s Council of Ohio which are affiliates of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. Bernadette is also a Certified HUD Housing Counselor, Branch Manager, NID-HCA Trotwood. Bernadette Gerren will bring a level of excellence to the board room and states that it will be a true privilege and honor to serve Dayton Realtors on the Board of Directors.
Heather Haase
Heather is excited to bring new vision and energy as a potential candidate for 2022 Board of Directors for Dayton REALTOR®. Heather has been a REALTOR® for 5+ years with an impressive leadership background. Currently is chair of Ohio YPN and co-chair of the Dayton REALTORS® Professional Development committee. She has also served as past chair of the Dayton REALTORS® YPN and DARPAC Fundraising. Since 2020 Heather has served at NAR on the YPN Advisory Board and Professional Standards. In 2021 she was chosen to be a Commitment to Excellence Ambassador (C2EX) for NAR. She has a passion for advocacy and in 2017 took the YPN 10 for 10 pledge and is now a RPAC Major Investor and President's Circle member. Heather has graduated from Dayton REALTORS® Leadership academy, as well as being a Gem City Ambassador. She is also a proud mom to her amazing daughter, Charlie. With a passion for REALTOR® advocacy & our Association, she respectfully asks for your vote to represent you on the 2022 Board of Directors for Dayton REALTORS®.
Laurie Johnson
Laurie Johnson has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1988 and earned her Brokers License in 2003. She is an Associate Partner with Coldwell Banker Heritage and a member of the DABR, WRIST, and NAR. Her passion for real estate is showcased through her prior involvement with numerous organizations, including OAR where she served as State Director, District V VP, and a Member of their Nominating Committee, and MOAR where she served as President and assisted in creating the Women’s Council of Realtors. Laurie is a strong supporter of ethical business practices in the real estate community and enjoys giving back to the real estate profession that has given her such a great career. She wants to help the DABR incorporate the MOAR board into our system, and to make a difference by helping the real estate community assist buyers and sellers to ensure they are making informed decisions. After having a kidney transplant 18 months ago, Laurie feels even stronger than before and would love the opportunity to be involved once again.
Tiffany Lobertini
Tiffany has a BS in Education from Wright State and a Masters in Educational Leadership/Administration from Antioch McGregor University. She is the Principal Broker for her family owned brokerage with over 350 agents where she helps train and mentor agents to grow their business. In 2011 she became an agent and member of Dayton REALTORS where she has served as Vice Chair of Equal Opportunity and Diversity, Vice Chair and Chair of the Global Alliance, a member of the 2020 Dayton Leadership Academy and 2021 Ohio Realtors Board of Directors. She serves on several Ohio Realtor Committees, is an officer in the Greater Dayton Realtist and Women’s Council of Ohio of NAREB and is a member of the Women’s Council and Miami Valley Fair Housing Center. Tiffany is passionate about advocating for issues that impact her fellow REALTORS, issues impacting the industry and would bring this level of commitment with her as one of your elected 2022 Directors. She would be honored to serve as representative and advocate for the membership.
Maura Schmitt
Maura has been a licensed agent since 2014 and a Regional Manager for her current brokerage since 2016. All affording her the burning desire to be a voice and advocate for agents at all levels. Through collaborative leadership, she aspires to serve, support and sustain members of our association. From the beginning of her real estate career, Maura has been committed to both the Dayton REALTORS® & Ohio REALTORS® by actively participating on various committees. A few credentials include: Past Chair & current member of our Recognition Committee. Current member of our YPN & Grievance Committees. Past member of our Government Affairs & Professional Development Committees. A 2018 graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy (ORLA). She actively serves on the Ohio REALTORS® Communications Committee and is an Advisory Board Member for ORLA . She is an RPAC advocate and investor.
