New MLS Update Matrix X on the Way in August

Here are highlights of this major improvement

Wednesday, August 5 will see the rollout of the latest updates to CoreLogic Matrix. Now branded "Matrix X", the enhancements to the MLS include:

A New User Experience

The latest version of Matrix™ transforms the user experience. The new look and feel combines modern color palettes, iconography, navigation, and design. Matrix X delivers a host of innovations for MLSs, brokers, agents, and consumers—and this is just the beginning.

Navigation

Look for a clean new header and navigation bar with features right where you'd expect them. A new notifications icon alerts you to important updates, and a new menu under the user's name provides quick access to personal settings, account information, and help. Alerts of new Concierge matches have been moved to the new notification center for quick and easy access.

Contacts Module

CoreLogic recreated the Contacts module using best-practice webpage design while maintaining a familiar workflow, so there's no need for retraining. Tabs and widgets provide better readability and accessibility.

Stunning Emails

Conveying a professional image is key, so Matrix updated emails with a clean, modern design.

Mapping

The map screen now utilizes the full width of the browser, which is great for today's widescreen monitors. Matrix improved the map toolbar with easier icons and tooltips. Access to map layers that make it easy to visualize specific property data regardless of the current search criteria. Layers include Listing Status, Tax Sales, and Distressed Properties. For example, you can view Hot Sheet listings on the map and then turn on the Tax Sales layer to view additional properties that recently sold outside the MLS.

The new Matrix X launches Wednesday, August 5.

Member Tip: How to Re-subscribe clients

Help! My Client Accidentally Unsubscribed!

This tip will get them back in the system

How does my Client opt back in if they accidentally unsubscribed to Matrix emails?

If your client clicks the link the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent from Matrix, it will disable their auto email search.  There are three steps to re-enable their auto email:

  1. Your client must send a blank email to optin.DABR@matrixemailer.com from the email address they used when they unsubscribed. **They do not have to fill in a subject line or type a message.**
  2. You must go to My Matrix, choose "Auto Emails". Click on the name of the auto email (under Subject column) or the corresponding downward-pointing arrow to open the full options; then click "Settings".
  3. On the settings screen, under your message, change the auto email to "Enabled" and click save.

Your client should now be able to receive emails from Matrix.
