Andrew Sims to take the reins of 8,200-member association

After three years as the CEO of our association, Andrew Sims announced this week that he has accepted a new position as the CEO of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®. His last day with Dayton REALTORS® will be April 23.

During his time at Dayton REALTORS®, the association garnered state and national recognition for its Young Professionals Network; rebranded itself to “Dayton REALTORS®”; introduced new membership tools in the form of Instanet and SentriLock lockboxes; launched the Southern Ohio Global Alliance; and completed major updates to its bylaws. At the same time, he championed increased legislative advocacy, community involvement by members, and greater professionalism for the industry. All this while making Dayton REALTORS® a more engaging and fun place to volunteer and work.

The leadership and staff will greatly miss his enthusiasm, energy, and leadership, but we wish him and his wife Christina all the best success down in North Carolina.
