Accessibility Features Form Press Conference
On April 1, 2009, the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, the Access Center for Independent Living, and the Miami Valley Fair Housing Center unveiled a new feature in the multiple listing service aimed at serving the needs of the physically disabled in the Dayton area. The new “Accessibility Features Form” will help Realtors and clients find properties that fit the specialized needs of disabled and physically challenged homebuyers. A press conference addressed the importance of this new feature and how it will impact the marketing of properties in the Miami Valley.
