Election Results Announced at 20th Annual Membership Luncheon
On October 13th, area REALTORS® gathered at the Dayton Marriott for the 20th Annual Membership Appreciation Luncheon. This event recognizes and hard work and service of members who have been a part of DABR for over 25 years.

It was during this luncheon that the results of the Board of Directors election were announced. There were four three-year terms to fill and a single one-year seat. Additionally, the 2012 president-elect position was announced.
The results of the election are:
- President-Elect - Nancy Farkas, Coldwell Banker Heritage
- Directors to serve three-year term - Skip Miller, Coldwell Banker Heritage; Sham Reddy, Real Living Realty Services; C. Michael Royce, Royce & Associates; and Deb Sasser, Coldwell Banker Heritage.
- Director to serve one-year term - Kim Fox, Coldwell Banker Heritage
