DABR MLS Rules Enforcement
In an effort to maintain the integrity of the MLS database, and fulfill its mission of fostering cooperation among its Participants, the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service adopted an MLS Rules Enforcement procedure whereby MLS Participants (Designated Brokers) and Subscribers (Agents) can report a possible violation of the MLS Rules and Regulations through a reporting form over the Internet.

Highlights of the new Rules are in the frame at the right. The complete MLS Rules and Regulations can be found here.

Note: The MLS does not have any jurisdiction over advertising - complaints related to any advertising (newspaper or other print media, signs, business cards, etc) must be directed to the Ohio Division of Real Estate at 614.466.4100. The MLS does not consider complaints related to violations of the Code of Ethics or Arbitration requests - please call the Board office at 937.223.0900 to file a Grievance or file for an arbitration.

When submitting a complaint, please fill out as much information as you have, describe the possible rule violation, and then click the "Submit" button. Your complaint will be submitted to the MLS via email, and the MLS will then investigate the complaint.

Please fill in as much information as you have - Possible Violation is a REQUIRED field - then click "Submit."
