As a director of the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS®, I will continue to be an advocate for our DABR REALTOR® members. Since January, I have served on the Ohio Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Becoming a DABR director will allow me to hear the voices of our local REALTOR® members. I was also the 2010 WCR Dayton Chapter president. Licensed since 1993, I sell new home construction in Springboro’s Country Brook, and work to revitalize and stabilize distressed communities encouraging stability of market rate housing for the entire Dayton region. This is the work that led to a pursuit in Doctoral studies. I will continue to represent your interest as an RPAC Committee member. Our housing markets have become intertwine with national and global economic stability. I have worked with our legislators here at home and on Capital Hill to address efforts to stabilize our current housing markets. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I have been in the real estate business for 33 years. I have seen many changes. Today, I embrace the changes! They have renewed in me a love for the business we are all in. Changes aren't always easy, but they are necessary for the most part if you want to stay successful in this business. I was honored to be chosen as 2005 Broker of the Year. I have been an OAR director for a few years now, representing members of the Dayton Board. I have been a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) for 10 years. I chaired the CRS state chapter Public Relations Committee and many other committees. A year ago I decided I needed to learn all I could about short sales. I did get my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and have sold many short sales since. I would like you to vote for me for director. Thank you.
