The Commercial / Industrial Exchange (CIE) is an information exchange. Participants who have been retained by sellers of commercial or industrial property to market properties may submit information on those properties to the CIE. Participants who have been retained by buyers of commercial or industrial property may submit information on the type(s) of property they are seeking.
Unlike a traditional MLS, the CIE is specifically designed to house commercial and industrial information that agents require to successfully market commercial properties.
