Sales Leaders Club Award – Deadline October 31, 2011
The Recognition Committee has announced that the 2010-2011 DABR Sales Leader Club Award will recognize these levels of production:
Individual Awards:
- First Time Achiever $1 million or 17 transactions
- Award of Achievement $1.5 million or 25 transactions
- Award of Distinction $2.5 million or 50 transactions
- Award of Excellence $5 million or 75 transactions
- Pinnacle of Performance $7.5 million
Team Awards:
- Award of Achievement $2.25 million
- Award of Distinction $3.75 million
- Award of Excellence $7.5 million
- Pinnacle of Performance $11.25 million
Members who have never been a member of the Sales Leader Club can qualify for the award at a sales production level of $1 Million or 17 transactions. Prior award recipients are required to achieve a minimum of $1.5 Million or 25 transactions in sales production. The Team Award now includes the requirement that if an agent is part of a team then the agent must apply for the DABR Sales Leader Award as a Team.
The application may be completed online or printed and completed manually. Pursuant to the Sales Leader Club rules, an adding machine tape must accompany applications completed manually.
Please read all the rules and regulations carefully to ensure proper completion of the application. Any REALTOR® member of the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® in good standing is eligible to participate in the Sales Leader Club Award. Only sales closed during the time an applicant is a member of the board will count. A member who has been found guilty of unethical conduct by the Professional Standards Committee during the award year is ineligible for an award during that award year. A member who has been found in violation of Section 4735.18 of the Ohio Real Estate Laws and Rules by the Ohio Real Estate Commission during the award year is ineligible.
Each application must be accompanied by one original color photograph. The photograph must be a minimum of 2” x 3” to a maximum size of 5” x 7”, head and shoulders only with no props. Digital photos submitted must be at least 300x400 pixels at 200dpi. Photographs from newspaper or magazine clips will not be accepted. Applications submitted without a photo will not be accepted. Printed photos will be returned within 45 days after the Sales Leader Recognition Reception.
The application deadline is October 31, 2011 at 5 p.m. Applications received after this time will not be accepted. The 2011 Sales Leader Club awards will be presented at a special Sales Leader Club Recognition Reception scheduled at the REALTORS® Center in January 2012.
First year award recipients will receive a plaque with a plate indicating the level of production. Recipients who have participated in prior Sales Leader Club awards will have the option of receiving a new plaque, if their plaque is full, by checking the appropriate box on the application. All other recipients will received an engraved plate indicating production level to place on their Sales Leader Club plaque. Award recipients’ names will be published in the Dayton Daily News “Real Estate Plus” with the appropriate number of asterisks to indicate level of production.Download Sales Leaders Club Awards Rules
