Thank you for your inquiry regarding the real estate pre-license courses offered at the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® in conjunction with Sinclair Community College. 

The Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® offers an accelerated program to allow you to be ready for the state exam in approximately 60 days. We also offer a superior examination PREP course that has an 87% pass rate for attendees. 

To sit for the real estate sales license examination you will need to be sponsored by a licensed broker and you are required to complete the following four state approved courses: 

Real Estate Principles & Practices 
Real Estate Law 
Real Estate Finance 
Real Estate Appraisal

Essential Real Estate Candidate's Information Bulletin For Exam

To register, you must come into the REALTORS® Center between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Registration should be made no later than five (5) business days prior to the starting date. For your convenience, textbooks can be purchased at the Board office.
